What is the connect rate?
Most lists have an average connect rate of 75%. Lists from companies such as Aristotle have an average connect rate of 73%. Lists taken from telephone directories have an average connect rate of 82%, but the accuracy of names is only 70%. (These figures are from information compiled from 1999-2004).

What about answering machines?
Completed calls made between 9 AM and 5 PM typically run 45% live and 55% voice mail/answering machine.

What about cost?
Prices are negotiable based upon several variables, such as the size of the call order, cost of obtaining lists. Cost per contact runs well below that of Members sending out direct mail.

What about turnaround time?
Automated telephone technology is capable of the swiftest turnaround in disseminating a constituent message of all the available mass media. A Members outgoing message can literally be changed in the 30 seconds that is required to record it.

How reliable are the surveys?
The response rate to the survey function usually runs at 10% to 20% of completed calls. Automated calling simply surveys those who answer.

Do people complain about being bothered by automated calls?
This is a common question from Members and Staff who are unfamiliar with this technology. Complaints have been very minimal. People are actually inclined to listen to the 20 or 30 second message when the Member identifies himself/herself. People are typically less irritated by this technology than by live calling, since the interruption in their lives is very brief and does not involve having to end an unwelcome conversation with a sales person. (Also, we purge the file you provide to us through a regularly updated nationwide "do not call" file of people who have requested not to be phoned at home). This option is available to you.

What is the calling capacity?
We are now capable of delivering over one million 30-second calls per day, made anywhere in the United States and Canada.
